Reservation Policy

We recommend that you schedule your Spa Party at least two weeks in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate last minute spa party requests. At the time of booking we will require the date, time and approximate number of guest you will be expecting. Your guest and treatment list must be finalized 1 week prior to your spa party date. A minimum of $150 worth of treatments is required for a spa party

Payment Options

The Mobile Spa is pleased to accept the follow forms of payment with a smile

  • Corporate or Certified personal cheques, VISA or MasterCard
  • $75 non-refundable deposit is due upon receipt of reservation (this applies to private spa parties only)
  • 50% deposit is due upon signing contract (this applies to corporate events only)
  • The Final Invoice is due upon receipt.

Cancellation Policy

If you must reschedule or cancel your Spa Party, please do so at least 1 week in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be used towards future parties.

Please note changes to the finalized treatment list or guest cancellations, will be accepted 48 hours prior to your spa party date. Changes or treatment cancellations will NOT be accepted after the 48 hours period or on spa party date. In the event that there are cancellations after the 48 hours deadline the $75 non-refundable deposit will be used to pay for the treatments cancelled. If the total amount of cancelled treatments is above the $75 non-refundable deposit, 20% of the treatment cost will be charged for each additional treatment not provided.

Other charges or fees

HST (13%) and Gratuity (15%) will be added to each invoice. Travel fee and/ or parking/ valet fees may be applied.

What can I expect?

The Mobile Spa Staff will arrive early prior to the scheduled appointment time to setup your party. We bring everything to setup. Including massage tables/chairs, manicure and pedicure stations, as well as all products, implements, linen and towels candles and music and clean up when all treatments are complete. We do require access to water.

The Mobile Spa is committed to our clients’ safety. We use disposable products such as files, buffer and orange wood sticks and slippers. We sterilize all implements that are not disposable after every use. Clients may take home their file, buffer, orangewood stick and slippers with them. Please advise us of any medical conditions prior to your spa party.

Liability

Our owners and staff are not responsible for accidents, clothing or property damage or any type of allergic reactions to our products. All of our Registered Massage Therapist carry personal liability insurance and are in good standing with the CMTO.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND CONCERN

Your well-being is important to us. Prior to receiving service, please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, or disabilities. Our staff will make every effort to accommodate any special needs. Your safety and comfort, along with our employees, are our utmost concerns; we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone based on those concerns.
